Candle Care

  • Make sure to have the candle lit for at least 3 hours on the first burn. We also recommend leaving the wick length a little longer than ¼” on the first burn then trimming the wick to ¼” moving forward.

  • Each time you light the candle, let the candle burn until the entire top becomes liquid wax about 1/4" deep. This will help to reduce the chance of tunneling in future burn sessions.
  • Our containers are made with 100% pure copper which helps the candles burn evenly. To get the most out of each candle try to limit the each burn session to 4 hours.
  • If you notice the wick is smoking or has begun to form a “mushroom” shape at the tip, trim your wick to ¼”.
  • Our candles will last longer if kept at room temperature (70+ degrees). If you burn a candle in a cold room the wax pool won’t be able to melt to the edge of the container which will cause tunneling. Keep the candle out of drafts and wind.
